Someone please help me fast i just reseted my console

i was playing on 640 x 320 i think and when i put on 1080p or 720p it didn't work, i saw that someone said to reset my console while keeping games and apps, i did that and now it shows no signal, i don't want to close my xbox so my files don't get corrupted please help me fast

Factory reset and trouvleshooter mode should definitely work
