@lament urchin Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
Do the recalibration again
I’ve been doing it a lot of times to try to solve the issue
I just want it to be default
And note that drift will always get worse.
Recalibration only works for so long.
Increasing deadzeons only works so long,
At some point it is too bad and you need a new one
I literally got this controller last month
Please help
I just want it back to normal
There isn’t a “normal”.
Calibration tells the Xbox where the center is and how far the stick can move.
Every single stick can be just slightly different so every single one needs to be calibrated.
Calibration doesn’t “make it worse” it “tells the Xbox the truth about the stick
no, you can replace the calibation information by rerunning the calibration tool
You mean keep doing it..
at this point if you've done calibration multiple times i think you need to just accept that it is physically broken beyond what the software can accomodate
multiple calibrations in a row should result in 99.99% the same results.
if it behaves differently each time that means the controller is wildly out of alignment.
So yall broke it is what your saying?
yes, it is broken.
no, 'yall' didn't break it.
I solved the issue
