yup, in the microsoft site i can gerence the signature
but in xbox site didn't show the gamepass

If you go to the subscriptions section at https://account.microsoft.com does it say you have PC Game Pass active?

yes, shows that Gamepass PC is activated

Then reboot the PC. Try a little later if still the same.
Assuming you are logged into the correct account in the app.
