#Xbox controller disconnects on PC

My controller keeps disconnecting when I try to play with it on PC , I don't know why it does that , but I already updated it on Xbox Accessories app , and my Bluetooth USB is also updated , and I don't know why it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting while playing
