#HDR Looks Worse?

So yeah, like the title says, it just looks worse. I play on a Series S, and my tv is a TCL 4k with HDR and Dolby Vision. So idk why, it just looks worse, colors seems to flicker when there's movement, and blacks... Are blue? Honestly, the normal mode looks more HDR than the HDR mode
