I've been saving up my reward points for so many weeks to get an Xbox Gamepass Core subscription which costs 8,500 points I had more than enough so I redeemed it. The points are used, I now have a new balance which is 1,454.. , did the phone verification, I put in the Microsoft Rewards Confirmation code in but I didn't get the gamepass. I assumed it took a bit to work but almost a week has passed and yet I still don't have gamepass at all.
I feel like I got screwed over by Xbox..

There wasn't any error codes I followed the instructions exactly how I was supposed to. But but I still didn't get the gamepass that I redeemed my points for which I spent too many weeks gaining.

You’ll need to contact official support if you can’t find the code in your emails or redemption history and the points didn’t automatically get applied to your game.

If the game pass month didn’t automatically apply to your account and you can’t find a code in your email or in redemption history on the website then you need to contact support for account assistance

Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive anything from the Rewards program. You can check your order history on the redemption page of the site and it'll show if it's still processing or not. If it's already been processed, it'll either list a code there or give the option to resend it.

24 hours is less than the week that they’ve already waited.
