See I have but since it’s not showing on the Microsoft website apparently there’s nothing they can do about it
Then check with your bank to make sure it is actually a double charge.
Chances are it isn't, or it's a different purchase.
The money is gone from my bank balance so I think it is a double charge and there’s 2 seperate charges at the exact same time
