#Double Charged by Microsoft

okay, so basically yesterday I purchased something from the Microsoft store and I’ve been double charged for it according to my bank but when I look at order history on Xbox/microsoft it doesn’t show the double charge therefore I can’t request a refund for it, so I’m quite confused on what I can do here

Then check with your bank to make sure it is actually a double charge.

Chances are it isn't, or it's a different purchase.

The money is gone from my bank balance so I think it is a double charge and there’s 2 seperate charges at the exact same time
