Series S. Any time I try to play a game it says I need to connect to the Xbox live network but when I go to settings I'm connected to my Internet. AND YES I TRIED THE HOLY POWER CYCLE ON BOTH MY XBOX AND ROUTER. I can't even go to xbox.com/status on my phone while connected to my Internet (mind you I can use the Internet just fine on everything) but when I disconnect from my Internet the support page loads and I can play using my hotspot on my Xbox. Its the same on my Xbox 1 connected to the Internet but it says I'm not

@kind pier Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
Would be helpful If I could put in pictures...
Sounds like your internet. Does any else load on your phone when connected to house internet? Did you check to outage in your area? Pictures aren’t really helpful, a page not loading is just an empty page.
Also sounds like router based parental controls lol
I live alone lol
Yeah everything is loading and working besides Xbox related content
No outages either, called my ISP and they said everything looks fine on their end
Solved kinda| ISP called me today and told me to update my router and everything started to work. If anyone else has this issue call your isp
Or update your router I did it in the app that Xfinity has
Thanks for sharing your resolution.
