Save data from console to cloud

I loaded up my elden ring save, 6O hours plus, and realised it was on console save data, which was most recent 12th november however if i load my cloud data im scared ill lose at least 3O hours of progress due to the save being from the 6th of november, its happened once before with my rdr 2 playthrough and almost 5Ok gone, i dont wanna go through the long grind getting back to my previous progress, as im just finishing up on the last games where i was before i lost it previosly, ive looked on the interent but havnt seemed to be able to back it up to the cloud instead of console
