xbox one s player fortnite issue

for some reason my Fortnite either infinity loads, crashes randomly in lobby or loading into game, or has no audio and it’s like a 10 percent chance you’ll get into a game.

other issues being when I record it turns of my controller and lqgs for a minute and when listening to Spotify it lags
