#Day After Power Outage

I was watching Netflix last night when the power suddenly went out. I didn't turn my system back on until today and everything's all screwy. I'm online, as far as I can tell. I can see my friends, but when I join their party, everybody's status in-chat is "disconnected," and I can't hear anybody talking. When I try to start up a game, I get error 0x803f9008. My system is already online and set to be the home console. I've tried everything I can think of: restarting the modem, restarting the console, disconnecting and reconnecting to the Internet (both wired and wi-fi), signing in and out of my profile, even tried removing and re-adding the profile. My Game Pass sub is active. Nothing works.

I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling a game to see what happens and it just stays stuck at 0% and won't download. I can send and receive messages, that's pretty much it.

My Xbox has transformed into a brick overnight.

When I switch to the Xbox One, I can play games, but I still have the same issue when joining a party. Somehow, both my profile AND my system got screwed up? I have no idea what's going on, please help.
