Hello, I am experiencing an issue loading games not apps. I have a Xbox Series S. When I load into a game, say GTA V, it starts, then instantly closes. But when I open Spotify, it loads and everything is just fine. I have gotten it looked at by some professionals and they think it’s something about the hard drive. I have had the console for around 2 years, so I doubt that it’s that, and I haven’t played it for a week or so. Can anyone refer me to a place to go and or something to do with the system to fix it?
