installation keeps stopping. won’t get past 0.00%

i’m on an xbox one s, trying to redownload fortnite (digital not disc). it’s stuck in the queue at 0.00% and the installation stops consistently. i tried to cancel and redownload multiple times, didn’t do anything.

already did a complete factory reset,
checked power cord, storage and internet are good.

using internal storage as well.

i saw a method on reddit of going on/offline between turning the xbox on/off, that did not work either

if its just stuck at 0.00% with no error just leave it and it do its thing.
