if you dint request this the email says how you can undo it. Simply by signing in but i would change your account password and make sure you enable 2 factor

"xbox experts" sounds suspiciously like "random people in teh community" and not "official microsoft support" though
i'd suggest using the virtual agent and going through that adn then at some point it will say 'shoudl we call you' and you say yes
