So my buddy is having issues with his gamepass. It won’t let him install some games but others will. We checked multiple things and nothing has worked. Is there something he can do or should he contact Microsoft?

Ultimate and he’s able to play online. He’s telling me he can install stuff through the Game Pass tab in full library but he cannot in the Game Pass app
