Looks like your stranded error on windows xbox app?

I been trying to load up the xbox app and every time I try reinstall it, reset it, delete all the files accosiated with xbox, change my dns everything you can think of it doesnt open the app? Private message me if you have fixed this issue I have a video to show whats happening if thats any use. Please lend some help, I will muchly appreciate it. 🙂
