#Cousin cant add people in game

My little cousin cant add me in any game, but can add my xbox account. I am on PC and have added him via the xbox pc app. He tried to add me on various games but it says he isnt allowed. However all settings on his xbox are set to allow. Does anyone know the fix for this issue?

Depending on the game you want to check that account if you added him on Xbox that is for xbox. If your trying too use cross play then you need too allow is privacy settings for that account for example Fortnite would be his Epic account
