#Parental controls problem

Ive been trying to play minecraft multiplayer for days now but I cant play because when I make the world it says "you have disabled multiplayer in xbox account settings". I dont know if this problem is because of lack of gamepass (which I plan to buy soon thia is why Im checking for problems beforehand) but it says I cant play multiplayer because Im in an family (which makes no f**king sense because in the only member in the "family" which i never CREATED a family in the first place), if someone is kind enough to lend some of their time to help me I would greatly appreciate that 😌
