I'm having the same exact problem except it's when I try to skip a song or even choose a new playlist, I have to go into the app and then login to the account to do said thing I wanted to do
My Spotify is weird tho I have the same exact account on my Xbox that I do on Spotify on my phone but whenever I like a song on my Xbox it doesn't show up on my Spotify on my phone so I have like two different liked playlists but my Spotify on my Xbox is being really weird I'm just confused on how to fix it
