What type of code did you buy? Full game or vault upgrade key

Alright so can you open cod hq itself?

If so open options and manage files

There should be a tab for bo6 and you want to install everything under the bo6 category

So you have it installed but still cant play right?

Can you maybe make a screenshot of what it says when opening bo6 modes?

Have you also tried verifying/repairing game files?

Then idk how else i can help sorry
