xbox freezing after factory reset

i factory reset my xbox bcs it keeps freezing in games and in system but now when i try to log in i cant because when i click on hte "email, phone, or skype" it just freezes?

the model is xbox one s and i factory reset it because it was freezing in general and i had error 0x800700AA i openend it inside and cleaned it up but it didnt help i also searched what to do but couldnt find any videos, results
