My xbox controller fusion 3 pro powerA unusable

I received my controller today, I had already installed the powerA application on Xbox in advance and when I did the update when I connected it I had the impression that the software crashed, so I restarted my console because in any case the buttons did nothing, and when I restarted my console the joystick moved without touching the controller, and the 2 triggers were pressed.
I went to the original site to reinstall an update, except that it doesn't work, they ask for support on what I was doing, the controller works it's just that the 2 joysticks move and the triggers so normally it should work and I also tried to install the firmware of the controller but that but an error message, none of their service works, I will need help to change the firmware of our controller or a new or other version for the application of the reinstallation of the update

• xbox controller S|X PowerA fusion 3 pro, I tried to install other firmware from the official site it didn't work, it gave me an error / cancellation message for no reason especially since I'm not the only one, then after the problem when interrupting the update of the controller on the powerA software on xbox, the software advised me to update the console, I could skip and see that there was a problem so I completely followed what they asked me to do, the controller works correctly when I press a, b, x etc it works but I click the joystick which remains stuck at the top and the triggers remain pressed (I can see it on the calibration of the official powerA software) the 2nd software that asked me to install, I had to press a to start but no signal nothing it's as if the software was no longer working I don't know what to do
  the calibration version which allows you to see the errors, when I press a it works, even if the triggers are pressed it is supposed to work despite everything but no, no signal, nothing, no message
