#Chat help me plz games are not launching and I can't download mods either

So basically, I need help with 2 things

The first thing is games not launching.
I made it where my main is the parent of my alt, but i made it where everything is accessible, but I cant interact with anyone. I tried searching it up, troubleshooting it, and stuff like that but nothing worked. It shows a gray screen then just goes back home after a second, and the game isn't launched

The second thing is when I try to download mods (I use Xbox on a TV), it says that downloads are not supported. I tried doing it again, didn't work. I also tried looking it up but nothing was useful.

Can anyone help?

What mods?
What is saying that they are not supported?

you cant download mods on console using edge
the only way to use mods on console is for games that support it have a built in store and you have to use that,

for the privacy settings issue it sounds like you dont have something set up correctly
