My Xbox one s doesn't start playing games, in fact it even starts playing games but the screen stays frozen. What do I do Xbox?

•ANSWER TO THE FIRST QUESTION: I didn't turn it on for a while, then last week I turned it on, it was very slow, it was already freezing (note: I've had it for almost 5 years)
•Answer to second question: I cleaned the inside of it to see if it was the dirt that was causing it to slow down and stop, but that didn't solve anything.
•Answer to the third question: I didn't research the code.
