@torn harbor Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
•ANSWER TO THE FIRST QUESTION: I didn't turn it on for a while, then last week I turned it on, it was very slow, it was already freezing (note: I've had it for almost 5 years)
•Answer to second question: I cleaned the inside of it to see if it was the dirt that was causing it to slow down and stop, but that didn't solve anything😔
•Answer to the third question: I didn't research the code

This is volunteer community support. There are no guarantees to how fast someone will respond, or if anyone will respond at all.
No one here has access to account information. No one here can help with self-repair.
If you want urgent support or anything account-related then you have to contact official support at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us/
Have you disconnected all external storage devices and tried again?
Have you done a factory reset?
I didn't disconnect any parts
Ok
If you have an external USB hard drive or SSD, try disconnecting it
I'll send you a picture of how he is right now
Ok
There's no way to send a photo
I didn't understand what you meant
Would it be to disconnect the USB cable that it passes image to the TV?
No that isn’t usb.
Have you purchased a separate external hard drive to store games?
It sounds like you have not.
So that means you should try doing a factory reset.
Are you trying to tell me to format it?
factory reset but you can choose the option too keep your games and apps installed.
A full factory reset would format it but you can reinstall your games back any how and your saves are back up in the cloud any how
If I reformat it, do I lose the items I have in the account?
How do I do that?
Your game saves and purchases and friend list and achievements are tied to your account. They will redownload when you log in.
So I can reformat it without any problem of loss of intensity, friends?
yes
Per raiders message: A full factory reset would format it but you can reinstall your games back any how and your saves are back up in the cloud any how
