Where did you see that you had it and where are you seeing that you don’t have it anymore?

Once the code is redeemed it would be on that account and would not randomly disappear

I checked if I had it on full library and it said redeemed when I put the code in my xbox

If you just redeemed it you might need to reboot if it isn’t showing up. Or maybe just wait a few minutes. Usually it is instant that it shows though
