Hey there!
I really need help, I accidentally set my headset chat mixer all the way to party, then It greyed out and now I can't hear any game audio or the sounds that the xbox makes when you go to the xbox menu etc. I've been trying every single solution people have and it hasn't worked, this is really stressing me out and It would make me so, SO happy if someone could help me. My headset is a wired headset which connects to my wireless controller, I use an xbox series X and my headset is made by Masacegon.

I have done literally everything people online have said, I've done what xbox support has said, but no, nothing has worked.

that means that the console isnt seeing it as a stereo headset

try a other controller as the port may be bad also make sure the headset is supported

The headset is supported as it has worked for quite a while now, and I don't have another controller

if you dont have a other controller too hand you could try using the controller and headset you have on a PC see if it workes. If it does then its very likley the controller needs replacing due to a bad 3.5mm jack
