#Consistent packet Loss In BO6

I am experiencing consistent packet loss in game (BO6). I have done a packet loss test in Windows cmd "ping google.com -n 300" and the result consistently indicated no packet loss on my network. Now the problem is apparently isolated to the Xbox Game Pass Platform. I need the customer support to solve this problem or refund my subscribtion fees. Also note that I tried contacting the customer support in the live chat and I only recieved random automatically generated replies that did not solve my problem.

I have run the Windows cmd ping test and I always get no packet loss (0% packet loss).
