xCloud lag issue

y'all, is it normal that my screen keeps freezing whenever i play xCloud? my speedtest showed that I had 200 mbps

I just tried to play fortnite and my screen kept lagging, i use PC, i use xCloud web cuz I dont know how to get the app

I left my router out for 20 minutes and replugged it, I did a windows report, I bought a new router and still lag, yea

I had community support on the xbox website but all of them didn't work

Use a speed testing website such as speedtest.net or fast.com and report all the numbers

up and down speeds, latencies / pings etc

use your web browser to go to one of the speed testing websites, examples include speedtest.net and fast.com
after completing a test, report back teh results.
there will be multiple numbers, that cover such topics as your up and down speeds, the detected latencies / ping times, etc

loaded latency: 334 ms

unloaded latency: 10 ms

those latency numbers are wild...
Make sure you don't have any liek twitch streams playing in the background or any downloads going in your web browser and then do it one more time

i have only discord on web open, and xcloud

and microsoft edge is the only app that's open

oh also, i bought a new router and the latency was like 100ms lower with the newer one

something seems very wrong for those two latency numbers to be that wildly out of line. If you had a 10 on one, I'd expect anywhere from like a 5-15 on teh other.

But 330? something is not set up right
