fair enough basically i own a cross gen game on my xbox one its in my library and everything but i cant download it on my series s its just telling me to buy it again and ms just kept telling me to reset my console over and over until it magically appeared

its very unlikely but im hoping its happened to someone else and they have a souloutin basically

ensure you are logged in with the same account on both consoles

verify you own the game on teh account you are logged in at via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/billing-payment-updates/check-xbox-purchase-history
