#Xbox downloading problems

My Xbox won't download anything consistently.
I'm installing a game and about every two seconds or so I'll have to resume it manually, only to do it again. Sometimes it will have random download burst and get a few gigs in, then back to the stopping. What is wrong with my damn machine!?!?

If it says installation stopped when it does if pressing a to resume it doesn't work press button with 3 lines and then scroll to where it says resume installation and click it but if that don't work then im not sure
