I have an Xbox series S and i recently had to move it so i had it unplugged for about a week. Before i was getting about 100-200 mbps download speed but now i get about 5. I'm not sure if it has something to do with me moving it but it affected my FPS as well. My internet is pretty good and i even have it hardwired currently but it won't speed up. I've tried resetting it but nothing works. I've been trying to update a game for about 7 hours and it's only at 30%. This is a common problem and every time my xbox gets unplugged it's speed gets drastically impacted.
