#Xbox PC App Stuck on Launching

As stated above, the XBOX App refuses to launch.

I've been trying for the past Month to Fix This Issue to no avail, i've tried the following

  1. Repaired/Reset Xbox app
  2. Uninstalled & Reinstall Xbox app
  3. Updated Xbox App from store library
  4. Uninstalled Xbox App & ReInstall It from Xbox Website
  5. Made sure date, time, time zone and region are correct
  6. Cleared store cache Using wsreset command
  7. Updated Windows 10/11
    Step 8) Installed Xbox identity provider and Gaming services
    7.1) Uninstalled remains of gaming service
    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
    7.2)Installed Gaming service:
    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
    Step 8) Started all these services in Automatic
    IP Helper
    Xbox Live Auth Manager
    Xbox Live Game Save
    Xbox Live Networking Service
    Gaming services
    Windows Update
    Microsoft install service
  8. Ran this powershell command
    Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
  9. Ran inetcpl.cpl command
    In Advanced Tab
    Check Use TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3
  10. Updated Windows to the latest version using media creation tool

experiencing this same issue, windows app says "Launching the Xbox App" & "Updating... 0%"

Mine is simply still trapped at Launching the Xbox App
