I restarted the internet and xbox from the power supply
And if you’ve followed any bad internet advice about setting static IPs or changing dns servers or changing ports or any random stuff like that you should factory reset to get back to the correct state

Didnt work
It was like this, I finished playing without touching anything and the next day this error appeared
If it hasn't worked then you haven't done something correctly
