#Games crashing or not fully loading into said game, help!

I’m trying to play fallout 4 or Minecraft atm but the games load in just fine, to the title screen, but then when I play my Minecraft world it crashes randomly, and when I go to play fallout, the game is in a constant loading state for a new game, can anyone explain? Ty for reading

try clearing your local saves so they resync with the cloud
