@dawn sage Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
what do you mean by 5G?
5G Mobile Network because the console does not have a cellar chip
5ghz as in WIFI because you likely need too spilt the band ranges in your router if it supports that.
You need too explain what your wanting to do
I have 5GHz WiFi on my router and it's near me but I can't find it on the Xbox so I can connect. My problem is
that isnt how that workes
If your Network and router support 5GHz then it supports it
your xbox or any other device will automatically connect to the best band.
Yes my network support 5ghz
I can find on my mobile but i can’t find on my xbox series x
the only way you know what band your using is by splitting your bands in your router settings and renaming them
I would advise that you do not do this because it will take away the automation of the device connecting to the best band automatically.
5ghz isnt always the best option in every case
