Basically I play video games on windowed mode (ik weird). It works fine but then when I use game bar for things such as voice chat etc. The second I open the app. My mouse cursor and glitching and always hovers out of the game when I move the mouse like 2 centimeters. How do I solve this issue I tried to do things from repairing and reinstalling game bar. Reinstall my mouse, to even reset the computer and nothing solves the issue. I still do not know whats causing this therefore I don't know how to fix it.
