Xbox Series X Has Performance Issues

So, as of late, my Xbox Series X has been acting really weird: Here are some of the things that have happened after the controller has been put down for a certain amount of time:

The guide takes 1 second to start, Captures fail to load, fames only load with audio, but no video, and in some cases, I can't even turn off the console normally. Here are some of the things I've tried:

Updating the console
Resetting the console
Change the video quality from 1080p to 720p
Power cycling the console

But none of these have worked. Is anyone else experiencing this type of issue?

Either perform a hard reset or if that does not work its better to return it.

I think I already tried the hard reset. However, I don’t think I can return it to where I bought it.

I think this is partly an Xbox issue because I have the same problems from time to time. That and I’ll press the home button once and it’ll act like I held it down for a few seconds or I’ll hold it down and it won’t respond at all. And I’ve tried multiple controllers to fix the issue; it persists

you could try installing OSU1 from xbox support and performing an offline system update

in safe mode

That is if it is not a hardware issue.
