I’ve tried to switch usb ports on my console and still is t charging.
when you say you left it on the charger what do you mean?
Are you saying your trying to charge that pack on the link in a 3rd party charger?
okay then please be clear
the one on the link does not come with a charger you charge this by putting the pack in your controller and then using the included USB C cable plug the controller into a USB port.
You may have one that does have a charger but that isnt what you linked hense the confussion
I’ve been doing that
But my controller still won’t get any power
No
when you plug the USB in does the light on the controller light up?
No
try using a different usb c cable
if that does not help then the controller is defective and needs replacing/sending for repair if in warranty.
the controller should turn on if its connected
I checked and batteries turn on the controller
i not with you?
ah okay
make sure you inserted the pack the right way around and using the cable that come with it.

If the controller works with a different battery pack or AA batteries, the controller isn't causing the issue.
The light comes on a a split second when I press the Xbox button but it won’t stay on
Correct way and tried both cables
They only light up the Xbox button for a split second before turning off again
