#New Xbox Series S is extremely bad,

My new xbox struggles to open the guide, lags in while launching games that are X|S optimised and once it gave me a black screen during start-up with the pop up "Home has taken too long to start". This is my first console and is it faulty?
Is there any way I can fix this by myself at home?

I have tried resetting with keeping my games and apps

I have not searched the code for similar problems

disconnect and external storage devices or memory cards, the reboot and try again

#

if the problem continues with no external storage connected and you have factory reset your console, then you should return it

so as a last resort should I reset everything? And if these problems still persist should it be returned?

Do you think it's a hardware issue?

And if it's not, is there any way I can remove the xbox OS and reinstall it? Via USB ofcourse.
