Xbox Controller Vibration Barley Working

I turned off crossplay for black ops 6 because I didn’t wanna play against other platforms the moment I realized it still matches you with pc players I turned it back on and now for every single game my vibration barley works I’ve tried factory resetting putting new batteries in connecting it with a cable and tons of videos and the vibration barley works and now every game is ruined for me…. Am I the only one that notices the vibration on the controller is like a 5/10 and barley works

Ahhh its only for Xbox elite controllers tbh I will probably buy one then
