Xbox one got super slow

Can someone help me? My xbox started being super slow today i cant open the game or do anything. Is it thermal paste problem or what?

if its been slow that isnt anything too do with thermal paste

Have you do a power cycle of your console and router?

i restarted the console several times

then i would advise a factery reset keeping your games and apps

I fully reseted itand it works good again
