So you know how typically when you hold the Xbox button on your Xbox controller it brings up the menu with the turn off Xbox and turn off controller prompts? Yeah that's gone for me now.

When I hold the button it doesn't do anything and when i use the Xbox menu and go to profile and system and press the power button the menu freezes.

I've tried clearing my persistent storage but when I click it it does nothing. The prompt to say yes to clear storage doesn't come up. Please help

The physical Xbox power button on the actual console itself still works but I cant turn the console off with my controller anymore. I have tried multiple controllers, even the one that came with the console. I've tried unplugging my controller and plugging it back in. I get the vibration when you hold the button down but the menu wont show up no matter what

I've tried going under power options in the settings and switching from sleep mode to shutdown and pressing restart as well as shutdown now. Neither of the buttons work
