alright, i just got bo6 for gamepass and i installed the app and the bo6 campaign and multiplayer, loaded it up and it says i havent bought the game, im on the same account and i did download all the files(im on pc btw)

This can happen if you have exhausted the ten device limit for PC licensing. First thing to do is check to see if you can remove any devices you don't use anymore:

  1. Go to your Microsoft account: https://account.microsoft.com/
  2. Click "Devices" on the left menu.
  3. Scroll to "Microsoft Store device management" and click "Manage."
  4. Remove any unused devices to free up space for your current PC.
