Cannot log into the xbox app. Continues to give me a blackscreen on the login screen(AND THE LOGIN SCREEN ONLY IS BLACK) therefor i cant login whatsoever

you can reset the app
go to installed apps on settings and find xbox - advanced settings and you can either repair, reset or uninstall and install again

as a last resort: Run windows powershell in administrator and copy this command in "Get-AppxPackage -allusers | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}"
Don't include the quotes
