hello xbox app restricts me from downloading games like bannerlord due to being under age though im not and my microsoft account says oppsiite

Your Xbox account age is set at creation time and can not be changed after creation, even if you change the birthdate on your Microsoft Account. It's also possible your account was added as a child account to a family group.
