its not an option on the streaming - only option is Twitch

if it's not an option, you won't be able to do it directly from the console. You'll have to use something like streamlabs/streamelements/obs or similar software and a capture card

No. Some people might have managed something with remote play, but you'll have to do your own research for that.

i did one stream as v tuber - it worked but quite annoying

there are some free software options but the card wouldn't be free

Yes, unless you can get Remote Play to work for you as a streaming solution
