  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)

If your Xbox Series X isn't connecting to your wireless network but works with a wired connection, here are some steps you can try:

Forget and Reconnect to the Network:

Go to Settings > Network > Network settings.
Select Set up wireless network.
Choose your network and enter the password again.
Check Network Settings:

Make sure your router’s firmware is up to date.
Ensure that the wireless mode (2.4GHz or 5GHz) is compatible with your Xbox. Some older routers may have issues with certain modes.
Check for Interference:

Move the Xbox closer to the router to rule out distance or interference from walls or other devices.
Power Cycle Your Xbox:

Turn off your Xbox completely and unplug it for a minute.
Plug it back in and turn it on.
Reset Network Settings:

In the network settings, select Advanced settings and then Alternate MAC address. Choose Clear and restart your console.
Network Troubleshooter:

Go to Settings > General > Network settings and run the network troubleshooter for additional help
