if i wanna connect my xbox account to my epic, its says that its already connected to another epic games account. I have no clue what account its connected to, anybody know how i can fix that or how i can disconnect it or how i can find out what account its connected to?

Once an epic account is connected to an xbox account, the link is permanent. Even if you disconnect them it still can't be connected to another.

This is a security / anti-piracy system.

You may be able to get assistance from Epic support.
