And I am saying that if there is a problem with your account and you are unable to get/renew/buy/resubscribe/re-up/anything at all related to your game pass subscription that you need to contact official support to figure out what has happened to your account.

you need to talk to official microsoft support to talk to an actual employee who can figure out why your account is unable to make purchases
